We do not make things. We make the conditions under which things become inevitable.
There is a room. You have not seen it. Few have. In that room, something is always almost finished — and has been, we're told, since before the building existed.
We work in image. We work in sound. We work in the spaces between image and sound where the real work happens, the part nobody has found a word for yet, though we've had several committees try.
